Gelbes Tuch: 160 x 45 cm

Ausführliche 13-seitige Anleitung mit Grafiken zum Nachstricken.

Here are a few spring blossoms for you, which you can also knit or wear in summer. The wonderful shades of Green are pure new wool from  Ullcentrum and match with the flowers perfectly.

The pattern is partitioned into several charts for a better comprehension. Therefore shawl newbies should also get along with this pattern.

Have fun knitting this shawl.

P.S. As there were some questions how to knit this shawl … you start in the top middle,so it is knitted top-down. You  knit a small strip and then pick up stitches on the side of this strip.

What do you do when it says NO STITCH.

    • beyenburgerin said

No stitch is just no stitch, that is all. There will be a stitch int the rows coming later due to addtional yarnovers.

Admiring the time and energy you put into your blog and in
depth information you present. It’s good to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t
the same old rehashed information. Fantastic read!

Hi, could you tell me what ply this wool is. The brand used in the pattern is not available in Australia and I’m not familiar with it. Thanks.

    • beyenburgerin said

      Hi Gwen,

it is a 2-ply yarn and has about 30 meters per 100 grams. Ullcentrum do also deliver worldwide, and envelope would be enough for this wool. Maybe the postage isn’t that expensive then.

Hallo, Lovely shawl. I am trying to knit this one. could you please assist in understanding. It is my first attempt at chart reading. Your previous comments says start at top middle. Does this mean that if I want to knit – Flowers shawl/ do I start with middle chart? I started to knit chart 1 RS with flowers. I enjoy your beautiful photography. Looking forward to your reply Thank you

Sorry to mention it … but there is an error in the Right Side of Chart 4. There is one LESS stitch at the end of this chart for the whole chart. Since it mirrors Left Side Chart 4, a simple comparison will show the difference. There should be equal number of stitches for BOTH charts … yet the Right Side has one LESS. Let me know if this is indeed the case. Thank you for an otherwise beautiful shawl pattern.

      Hi Steve,

thank you for mentioning that. There must have been a mistake when copying the charts from the chart file to the pattern. I am working on correcting that.
      Have fun knitting the shawl.

I am really enjoying knitting this shawl, it is easy enough for me and it looks pretty. Thank you 🙂

I have no idea who sent you emails about my patterns. This pattern has been free for several years, but it is not free any more. You can find a lot of other free patterns in my blog.
