Anleitung bei MyPatterns

Die Akelei Tunika ist ein vielseitiges, luftiges Kleidungsstück mit einer bequemen Rundpasse und lässiger Weite, das man einfach lieben muss. Schnell gehäkelt und ohne Nähte, gerade das Richtige für den Sommer oder die Übergangszeit. Man kann sie auch toll über T-Shirts oder Blusen tragen.
Die Anleitung für die Akelei Tunika gibt es in den Größen 36 bis 62. Die Rundpasse sitzt perfekt und ist dennoch dank Häkelschrift oder schriftlicher Anleitung einfach zu häkeln.
Die Länge kann man einfach den eigenen Wünschen anpassen.

Lysvirka ist ein tolles Kleidungsstück. Mit lässiger, bequemer Weitewird dies bestimmt das absolute Lieblingsstück. . Lysvirka ist außerdem vielseitig, man kann zwischen einer Jacke, Weste oder Tunika auswählen, zudem ob sie kurzärmelig oder langärmelig werden soll. Da möchte man direkt alle Varianten häkeln. Lysvirka sitzt perfekt, eine Armkugel entsteht während des Häkelns im Muster und es gibt keine Nähte.

Ich habe an einem Crochetalong teilgenommen. Anleitung Orangenhaut von Tanja Osswald. Das Garn ist selbstgefärbte Sockenwolle. Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten bei Kettmaschen waren für mich als Strickerin eine Herausforderung.

I took part in a crochetalong. The pattern is Orangenhaut by Tanja Osswald. The yarn is selfdyed sock yarn. The different slip stitch stitches were a bit of a challenge for me.

Und hier ist zweifädig gesponnene Leicester Longwool, 170 g und 520 m. Kardiert und gefärbt wurde sie von Marianne.

Wolliges Tagebuch – Wooly Diary

Ich habe mir ein wenig Wolle von Lorna Laces gegönnt. Man liest ja immer wieder darüber, und irgendwann musste ich die ja mal haben. Und jetzt werde ich erst einmal in Ruhe darüber nachdenken, was ich mit der Wolle so alles mache. Die Kamera mag mal wieder keine Rottöne. Das sind wirklich drei verschiedene Töne, von Dunkelorange über Rot bis Dunkelrot.

I indulged myself with some yarn from Lorna Laces. I read about them again and again and finally needed to buy some. Now I can think about what to do with the yarn. The digicam did not like the shades of red. They are really different shades, ranging from dark orange to red and dark red.

Ein anderes Projekt, an dem ich arbeite, ist die Häkelanleitung des Dragon Cowl, die wird dann Drachen Cowl heißen. Es wird ihn in Erwachsenen- und Kindergrößen geben.

Another project I am working on is the crochet pattern of the Dragon Cowl, which will be named Drachen Cowl. It will be available in sizes for adults and children.

 

 

 

 

Mehr Chiaogoos – More Chiaogoos

Man kann ja niemals genug gutes Werkzeug haben. Und man hat Phasen im Leben, die hart sind und in denen man sich etwas gönnen muss. Wenn ich mir etwas gönne, hat das eigentlich immer mit Wolle oder Stricken zu tun. Im letzten Sommer sind deshalb diese netten Sachen bei mir eingezogen: Chiaogoo Interchangeable Twist Nadelspitzen, rote Seile mit geflochtenem Stahlseilkern, Seilverbinder, Stopper, außerdem Maßbänder und nette Stecknadeln. Ich stricke übrigens außer bei Nadelspielen nur noch mit Chiaogoo Stricknadeln, seit ich diese besitze. Und ich habe auch schon einige Strickerinnen mit dem Chiaogoo Virus infiziert. Perfektes Werkzeug muss eben sein.

You can never have enough perfect tools. And there are times in life when you need to indulge in something. When I do that, it always has to be connected with wool or kntting. Last summer, these nice things move in here: Chiaogoo Interchangeable Twist needle tips, red cables with a braided steel core, cable connectors, stoppers, and addtionally soem measuring tapes and pins. Except with DPN needles, I only knit with Chiaogoo since I own them. And I infected a few more knitters with the Chiaogoo virus. Perfect tools are absolutely necessary.

 

Und da es jetzt mal wieder an der Zeit war, dass ich mir etwas gönnen wollte, sind hier gestern noch ein paar feine Werkzeuge von Chiaogoo eingezogen. Gekauft habe ich diesmal bei Purlescense, weil das Britische Pfund gerade etwas schwächelte und dieser Onlineshop außerdem das komplette Chiaogoo-Sortiment anbietet. Nachdem ich um das Bambus Nadelset Spin Complete nun schon fast ein Jahr herumgeschlichen bin, war es fällig. Außerdem zusätzlich Nadelspitzen in 3 uns 7 mm sowie zusätzliche lange Seile. Und dann reizten mich natürlich diese riesigen Häkelnadeln, die musste ich auch unbedingt haben. Ich weiß zwar noch nicht so genau wofür, aber es wird mir schon etwas einfallen. Die Nadelstärken der Häkelnadeln sind 15,75 mm, 18 mm, 22 mm und 25 mm.

And as it was time again to indulge in something, some more exquisite tools made by Chiaogoo moved in here yesterday. This time, I bought them at Purlescence, because the British pound had a rather good exchange rate and that online shop offers all Chiaogoo products. After I sneaked around the Bamboo needle set Spin Complete for almost a year, it had to be mine. Addtionally, needle tips with 3 and 7 mm and some long cables. And those huge crochet hooks really caught my eye, I just had to buy them. I don’t know exactly yet what project I will make with them, but I am postive I will have a nice idea. The needle sizes are 15.75 mm, 18, mm, 22 mm and 25 mm.

Ich habe einen Ausflug in die Häkelei gemacht. Ich wurde gebeten, ob ich nicht mal ein CrissCross Tuch in Häkeln machen kann …. ja ich kann: CrissCross One Crochet .

Turmalin Tuch – Turmalin Shawl

Jaaaa, ich kann häkeln. Und außerdem hatte ich zu viele Häkelkrimis von Betty Hechtman gelesen, eine tolle Anleitung gesehen und dann noch die richtige Wolle fertig gesponnen hier liegen. Chèche à la sauce bidules chouettes von Katia64 , gehäkelt aus selbstgesponnener Merino/Tencel Wolle, 100 g und 900 m, gefärbt von Shunklies, Nadelstärke 3,5 mm. Größe 200 x 100 cm. Meine Tochter meinte, das sieht wie farblich Turmalin aus, und sie wird das Tuch nächste woche zu ihrem 27. Geburtstag bekommen.

And additionally I read too many crochet mysteries by Betty Hechtman, and I stumbled across this nice pattern Chèche à la sauce bidules chouettes by Katia64 and had the perfect selfspun yarn in stash. it is Merino/Tencel, 100 grams and 900 metres, selfspun but dyed by Shunklies. Crochet hook 3.5 mm, size 200 x 100 cm. DD said the colours look like Turmaline, and she will get the sahwl for her 27th birthday next week.

Letzte Woche ist eine Weste fertig geworden. Ein eigener Entwurf, von oben nach unten gestrickt, bis die Wolle zu Ende war. Ich hatte 200 g und 380 m sebstgesponnene BFL Wolle navajogezwirnt zur Verfügung, Wichtelwolle aus der Spinngruppe. Nadelstärke 7 mm, Knöpfe aus einem second-Hand-Shop in Karlstad, Schweden.

Last week I finished a vest. My own design, knitted top-down until the wool was finished. I had 200 grams and 380 metres of selfspun BFL wool navajoplied, from the julklapp in our spinning group. Needle size 7 mm, buttons from a second hand shop in Karlstad, Sweden.

Gesponnen habe ich auch, relativ dick, fluffig  und zweifädig. Finnische Wolle Multicolor vom Wollschaf, 300 g und 540 m. Die werde ich wohl mindestens mit Nadelstärke 8 mm verstricken.

I spun a rather bulky two-ply wool. Finnish wool multicolor (humbug) from Wollschaf, 300 grams and 540 metres. I guess I will at least use 8 mm needles for this wool.

In der Ravelry Gruppe 12 shawls in 2012 habe ich eine Anleitung zum Aussuchen von Rose Beck gewonnen. Ich habe mir den Forgotten Garden Shawl ausgesucht und schon mal angestrickt.

Und ich kann tatsächlich häkeln – wenn ich will und die Handgelenke mitmachen. Ich muss mir das ein bisschen einteilen.  Und wenn man dann ein tolles Häkeltuch bei Ravelry sieht und dann noch die tollen ( und lustigen) Häkelkrimis von Betty Hechtman liest, dann WILL man irgendwann häkeln. Und die passende Wolle habe ich sowieso, hauchfeine Merino mit Tencel, 100 g und 900 m. Und so wird nach und nach ein Chèche à la sauce bidules chouettes entstehen. Vor über 30 Jahren habe ich sogar mal einen kurzzeitigen Nebenjob gehabt und französische Häkelanleitungen isn Deutsche übersetzt. Aber jetzt bin ich froh, die auf Englisch in Ravelry finden zu können.

Yes, it is true, I can really crochet – if I want to and if I my wrists accept that. I have to make sure I don’t crochet too much in a short time. And if you find a wonderful crochet shawl at Ravelry and read the great (and funny) Crochet Mysteries by Betty Hechtman, well then you WANT to start crocheting after a while. I have the mathcing yarn anyway, very thin Merino with Tencel, 100 grams and 900 metres. And so the Chèche à la sauce bidules chouettes will come into existence bit by bit. Incredible, more than 30 years ago I had some short job: translating French crochet patterns to German. But now I am glad I can find them in english on Ravelry.
